My commissions are only and exclusively for non-profit, non-comercial use. This means you are not allowed to resell the artwork you get from me and you are not allowed to use it for advertisement of your brand (example: turn it into your company logo), you are allowed to use it as banner or profile picture on social media and you are allowed to print it for personal use only, you can as well upload it to Toyhouse (my tag there is @iiyell) but not repost it on sites like Instagram, Twitter, DeviantArt or similar.

I can deliver phisical copies of the artwork if asked in the format that the commissioner prefers, but will charge for shipping costs. If this is the case,you will be sent a tracking number once the package is on the way.

Full refunds can only be issued if I haven't started  with your commission yet (or in case of infrigment of these terms of service), If the work is already started and you no longer want the commission we can agree on a partial refund.

Payment must be fully done upfront via Paypal.

I will let you know if I'm not comfortable with what you're asking, I'm comfortable with mostly anything, from humans to animals, furry, mecha, gore, complex enviroments and clothing but be aware I will not represent on my art hate messages of any kind, this is an lgtb+ friendly and race inclusive site. Extreme violence is also off limits, as well as violence towards children.

While I do my best for delivering the final artwork as soon as possible this is not my main source of income and life can get busy and complicated at times, for what I ask understandment if things take longer than expected. I will try my best to keep you updated to the extent of my habilities.

Waiting time for a commission can vary from a couple weeks to a few months, depending on complexity and life stuff. If you need it done for certain date, please specify that so I can plan and prioritize your commission accordingly.

Every final artwork will be signed, and a full size png at 300dpi will be sent by email. You do not have access to a version without my signature. Cropping, deleting or hiding my signature with the objective of claiming the artwork was done by yourself or specifically to avoid giving me credit will get you reported and banned permanently from my commissions.

Keep in mind skills are evolving constantly, my art from a year ago is not the same than my art now, so if there's a look in specific that you want to recreate please give as many details and examples as you can.

Small edits and changes on a final piece can be done to a certain point but big changes on the pose, clothings or design of the character can only be made on the sketch phase.

At the moment, I do not work with written descriptions, I do not offer concept or design work, so for every type of commission it's required to provide a proper reference of the character you want me to draw. Don't be shy with your refs, the more the better!
